Going the extra mile...
Sometimes I have to get down and dirty to get the perfect shot. It’s quite normal to find me lying flat on the floor or balancing precariously on a chair to get the best perspective. Despite the aches and pains, it’s always fun, and the results are worth it!
In 2026 I am celebrating 40 years in the Photography industry.
I am a fully qualified member of the SWPP & gained my licentiateship of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers in 2002. I keep up to date with current industry practice, developments and trends by attending workshops and courses on a regular basis.
I am always prepared and will have visited your venue prior to the wedding date to liaise with key staff and check out the best locations. I have extensive knowledge of many wedding venues and locations in the South and West Wales area and this helps to ensure your day runs as smoothly as possible.
I am also available to shoot destination weddings. Often it can be better to use a photographer you know and trust to give you that peace of mind, instead of taking a chance with someone supplied by your hotel or holiday company
I have had the pleasure of photographing over 800 weddings and many of my couples return for baby and family portraits as well as other celebrations and events. I also have many excellent reviews on Facebook.
I am proud to say I have won 6 Prestige Awards to date. South Wales Lifestyle photographer of the year 2020/21 and Wales Event Photographer of the year in both 2022/23, 2023/24, 2024/25, 2025/26 & 2026/27. I have also been shortlisted in the category “Best Photographer” in the Welsh Wedding Awards in 2018 and 2019 as well as Nominated in the Bridebook ‘Best Of’ Awards in 2023.
In my spare time I love music, cinema, travel and supporting Swansea City AFC. #YJB !!
